Divided into three levels, and four if mandated by enrollment and skill levels, each student will be taught the basics of tap dancing combinations and develop rhythm and footwork skills. Tap can be quite challenging and rewarding and resembles few other dance forms.
Flamenco is a genuine Spanish art form. Rhythms from Northern Africa and South America have influenced this diverse art form as well. As a result, Flamenco is considered worldwide to be one of the most culturally rich expressions of folklore. Flamenco is offered to beginning dance students (Beginning Flamenco is open to students with no previous dance training) through advanced students.
Hip-Hop is for dancers ages 7 & up. Hip-Hop refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music and is a type of dance that is seen in today's popular music video.
